A little about myself: I've been working commercially in software for just shy of two decades. The majority of that time I've been working as a full-stack Ruby/Rails Product Engineer, and involved in local community projects like RailsGirls and even organising a couple of Australian RubyConfs of my own. More recently I've found a passion for leading technology teams both at very large scales (at places like Qantas), and much smaller scales in my current role as Head of Engineering at an Australian RegTech startup - and everything in between. I'm a great solo operator, but love working in pairs, teams, or leading larger groups.
