I help businesses deliver to their customers, I bring a passion for learning and I am versatile because of that.

I became a software engineer because I was able to create something from my finger tips and a computer. I originally began my studies as a Mechatronics engineer, but after my first programming course I decided my future was in developing.

I have worked in very different environments throughout my career. I've developed highly-efficient Ada code for a defence client. I also had to work with Java and Vue.js. I then switched industries and went into the business world where I was building a fully featured inventory management system in Vue.js and .NET. The type of technology is never a boundary, as long as one brings a growth mindset the attitude to learn on the go and learn fast.

Recently, I've been working as a freelancer, helping local businesses get online and into the e-commerce space. A lot of my work is done through Shopify now and this has led to my exploration with the Ruby on Rails framework. I've been consumed in Ruby and Ruby on Rails and have been creating Majestic Monoliths.

I have missed being a part of a team since being a freelancer. There are many more freedoms but ultimately I want to be a part of a team again and contribute to something greater!
