Practicing engineer for 30 years. Web Dev for the past 15 with Rails. Also: C, C++, C#, Ruby. linux command-line, Python, database architectures, microservices, team manamagent.

I love to help teams in a variety of ways:

• Pairing/mentoring with junior developers to help them level-up
• Workshops for teams to increase their classic Computer Science knowledge
• Working with C-Suite executives on strategic planning, resources allocation, and technical roadmaps

I actively teach in the Masters Program for Computer Science at the University of Chicago.

I also run Software for Research, a platform for clinical research at academic institutions.

I have a long-time hobby in the Learning Sciences and love to help teams "learn how to learn"
