CTO and Product Engineer, 15 years Rails experience

I've been working with Rails since 2008, founded three companies on Rails in the e-commerce, marketing and SaaS space. I like building things, bringing ideas to life and scaling them to the first few million users.

I'm very product orientated and can be very scrappy - something very important when you're starting a company and testing the market - but at the same time very opinionated and deliberate, I like clean code and understand the importance of accounting for technical debt.

Recently I've been diving into Stimulus and Hotwire and really loving it. I think its a credible alternative to React and SPAs.

Open to short term contracting work, maybe more.
