Frontend Focused Rails Developer
10+ years building software, first as a PM, then as a developer since 2015. I've worked on dozens of Rails projects, large and small, both with a team and as a solo developer. Being a freelance contractor since the very beginning rewarded me with a unique opportunity to work with businesses from a really diverse set of industries like e-commerce, real estate, trucking, pet relocation 🐶✈️, agriculture, fashion, beauty & wellness, to name just a few. This experience has also shaped me into a Rails generalist, who's good enough at multiple things but doesn't directly fit in standard specializations at corporations and large startups. So I mostly work with SMEs and early stage startups, where wearing multiple hats is common, sometimes even a necessity. And I love it. If I still have to name one thing I enjoy doing, it would be working on frontend in Rails environment. And I don't mean taking a framework like React and sticking it into a Rails project. I genuinely enjoy working with Rails partials and helpers. I am now really excited about Hotwire. Already used it in a couple projects and I can only say I want to use it more!
Senior Fullstack Rails developer
During my decade of experience as web developer, I helped several startups to quickly develop prototypes that can later be built out into full production apps with reduces costs early on, and speeds up time to market. As an experienced rails developer with competencies in Rest/GraphQL API, I have gained experience in leveraging the latest software tools to optimize data storage, e-commerce functionality and fluidity across mobile platforms. While having passion about writing clean, efficient and accessible code in functional framework, I am committed to scalable design and function as well as seamless integration. I greatly enjoy leveraging my passion and skills around Rails to help companies be more remarkable.
Rails Dev and Manager with over 10 years of experience
Persistent and ambitious software engineer with a desire to grow fast in this domain. Capable of ramping up quickly and efficiently, and of both working in a team and independently. Lover of remote work. Skilled in various languages, frameworks, and technologies.
I have worked on a billing tool developed in Django for a few years. During that time, I passed Udacity's AI Programming with Python Nanodegree and Data Engineering Nanodegree. Then I started to code in Ruby on Rails, and I have been coding on it professionally for the last few years. I have some pieces of knowledge about Heroku, AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud. Some experience with Docker. I also have worked on personal projects using Vue JS and Quasar. One recent accomplishment I made was that I considerably improved performance in a production application after making critical changes to the data model. I recently started to learn Hotwire Turbo and Stimulus JS. Also, I have been learning about designing API endpoints using Swagger. My passion is to keep learning every day while doing the cool things of the future today. I have proven useful when testing and ensuring an app does what it should. It may seem simple, but it can be difficult sometimes.

Fresh Full Stack Bootcamp grad, constantly curious and looking to learn!
Data nerd, turned Full Stack Developer. I have always been a fan of using technology to make people's lives easier, as a teenager, this meant making "modifications" to my friends' PlayStation for access to more games. In work, this was typically limited to Excel and making business operations smoother. I wanted to take this further and work on projects I was passionate about. I was amazed when I found out about some of the projects that my developer friends were working on. I needed to try this for myself! I decided to enroll in Le Wagon's Web Development program and it was a great experience. I have gained strong project management and communication skills, along with experience bringing my products from concept to launch in a short time. This includes minder - a music, movie & book library (minder.quest) and Airpnp (airpnp139.herokuapp.com), a solution to finding a bathroom while you are on the go. I am thrilled by my new career direction, but also happy to have the rich experiences from my past work. I built and managed teams, negotiated with suppliers and created many internal tools. Now, I am excited to apply these skills as a Full Stack Developer. Aside from this, I have a passion for travel, cycling, food & drink, Nathan For You and attempting crosswords while lounging in a hammock.

Frontend Engineer turned Full-Stack Ruby on Rails Engineer
My passion is to create software that makes people more productive. I have an eye for good design and user experience and have been working in web development for more than 8 years, and have experience in Frontend and Backend. I worked in multiple industries in companies big and small. I have experience with various Frontend frameworks and disciplines since I started working as an Angular developer and then turned to Full-Stack with Node.js, and now with Ruby on Rails for more than three years.
