I am a passionate full-stack developer, AI researcher, and aspiring biomedical engineer with a strong foundation in software development, data science, and hardware prototyping. My expertise lies in building scalable web applications, designing AI-driven solutions, and leading cross-disciplinary projects in wearable technology and healthcare analytics. In addition, my academic specialization is in data analytics, particularly in regard to bioinformatics, such as Clinical and Genome informatics. Analyzing data with a python-based scripting language, Snakemake, and constructing comprehensive analysis reports with genomics libraries as well as R markdown.
With experience in full-stack development using React (Next.js), Express.js, Ruby on Rails, and cloud deployment on Google Cloud, Oracle Cloud, Fly.io, Render and Heroku, I have developed an inventory management platforms, and AI-driven predictive models, and am currently working on an e-commerce application. I thrive in roles that challenge me to innovate, whether it’s designing seamless user interfaces, optimizing backend performance, or integrating machine learning for real-world applications.
Beyond software, I have worked on biomedical and sports tech innovations, including a head-mounted IMU wearable for motion tracking that outperformed industry standards in 3 metric analytics. I also have experience prior to my capstone collaborating in engineering teams to develop smaller prototypes for various technologies such as sepsis monitor, virtual reality training program for biomedical technicals, and various other small projects in my degree. My background in bioinformatics and AI research has allowed me to develop a sepsis prediction model using machine learning, focusing on optimizing predictive accuracy through feature engineering and statistical modeling.
