Like to work in small teams with good synergy where I can have an impact

I'm a long fan of RoR who like to work on startups, I like the environment of and the flow of projects, specially if I can work alongside product to give/build insights and not only just code. I consider myself easy to learn new abilites and blend in the current project flow and best practices.
