Self Taught Full Stack Web Developer
Private informationDescription
I was working a job at a warehouse when I realized I wanted a career and a career that used my brain at that. I had just learned that it was possible to break into tech without needing a degree, specfically self-taught web development. I had a few options and decided to go through The Odin Project, since it was more focused on projects than tutorials. Upon completing the foundations course I chose to embark on the Ruby on Rails path over Node Js and full in love with using Rails and programming in Ruby.
I'm still working through the curriculum slowly, but I have started working on personal projects and even made a website, hosted on AWS EC2 instance, for my girlfriend to show off her arts and crafts.

I'm still work on the website to this day, along with some other personal projects such as learning React Native for apps, and it's been amazing (even if headache inducing) to fully create a website from front-end to back and hosting it myself.
My goal is to have the opportunity to have a career technology, ideally web development, so I can put all my efforts in perfecting a skill and becoming a professional.
