Senior Ruby Developer

My name is Maximiliano Ustria, and I have more than 6 years of experience in the industry, working with a diverse range of clients from loan-granting companies to education websites and food deliveries.

Throughout my career, I have worked extensively with Ruby and Ruby on Rails, from Rails 4 up to Rails 7. I have also gained proficiency in various databases such as MySQL, Postgres, and Redis. My daily use of Git and Agile methodologies has allowed me to deliver high-quality code while collaborating effectively with my team.
As a proponent of testing, I use Rspec and aim to apply TDD whenever possible. Additionally, my experience with continuous integration tools such as GitHub Actions, Circle CI, Docker, Kubernetes, Datadog, and Sentry, among others, enables me to maintain code quality throughout the development lifecycle.

Currently, I work as a tech lead, where I have been able to improve my soft skills and management skills. I am an eager learner who is passionate about my work and strives to deliver my best on every project I undertake.
