Senior Developer with 11 years of experience

I started my career by joining an early stage PaaS startup focused on Rails hosting. This gave me a unique experience of helping multiple companies host and scale their apps.

More recently, I co-owned a 35+ person development agency, where I split my time between running the company as a CTO and working with key clients on their projects. In that period, I worked with a variety of businesses: rental management, talent platforms, education platforms, online marketplaces, metering and building energy management.

My ideal job would leverage that experience: involve technical challenges that come with scaling the application, but also scaling the team that builds it.
