I’m a software developer based in Brooklyn, NY.

I moved into software after a long career in digital marketing. Ruby was the “new hotness” when I started, and ten years later it’s still one of my top choices.

Recently I’ve been diving into pure functional programming with Scala 2 and front-end libraries like Effect.

Rails remains my happy place -I love the autonomy and speed it gives small teams.

I prefer hands-on IC work, but I’m happy to help plan and organize when needed.
