Software Engineer | 5 years experience

Hey, I’m Antoine - a Fullstack Software Engineer with 5 years of experience, specializing in Ruby on Rails and React. I spent 4 years at Doctolib, France’s leading healthcare tech platform, and another year at SNCF Connect, the French national railway company (yes, more Rails ! 😄).

I’m love building user-centric products. Most of my experience is with Customer Care teams, where I integrated a wide range of third-party tools: two Zendesk help centers (with SSO), Amazon Connect and Talkdesk for instant web callbacks, Intercom for live chat, Salesforce APIs for a streamlined ticketing tool, and more.

I’ve also developed key features like contact funnels with smart deflection (FAQ suggestions, chatbots, streamed LLM content, etc.) and refactored some of the most legacy parts of our products.

Beyond product work, I led tech debt and bug ownership initiatives, contributed to accessibility (A11Y) efforts, and led our Rails monolith modularization at team scale.
