Preferably backend

Have been working with rails sporadically on my own since 2010. Worked in a few startup companies, on some large projects, in different stacks - php, golang, ember, react, react-native. Realized ruby is my love, and started a company to be able to work with it. Currently engaged in a rails project, not full time.
