Full Stack Ruby on Rails Engineer

Whether it's tutoring students at my local high school, to volunteering at my local police department, I have always had a passion to help anyone I see and strive to develop software that can do the same. I love not only learning about the problems people face, but researching new technologies and creating innovative solutions to these problems.

Tutoring at the high school I graduated at gave me perspective on how important education is, and along with, accessibility to such education. My main project right now is a free educational web application to teach students with less educational opportunities high school mathematics.

As a full-stack software engineer my favorite frontend skills and languages include React, Redux, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. My favorite backend skill has been using the Ruby on Rails framework. My biggest passion is to of course keep learning wherever I go and tackle harder problems along the way and I hope to find a company that can help achieve this goal.
