Experience Rails Developer

Hi! I am ruby on rails guy having around 14 years of professional experience. Involved in designing , developing solution for clients. Working as a team lead so mostly involved in requirement analysis, resource planning, leading and mentoring development team and manage delivery.
Played an offshore coordinator role in all the client calls to gather requirements, resolving upcoming issues and giving quality products.
